Designed at the end of the ‘50s by Architect Savarese and finished in 1962, the 5 star Hotel Capo La Gala has always been a privileged destination of dandies, artists and curious travellers ; in 2006 the whole facility was taken over by Enzo Acampora and his wife Marité who decided, though, that the 5 star Hotel Capo La Gala was finally the hotel which best met with their dreams of Elegance, Charm and Nature and used their whole experience to buy and bring their “stone ship” to its present splendour.

Enzo Acampora, heir from a Sorrento family involved in the hospitality business for 3 generations, remains fascinated after seeing the old hotel Capo La Gala; he immediately recognises its charm and potential, and in 2006 decides to buy it and start a wonderful adventure to transform this propery in what Hotel Capo La Gala is today, a renowned 5 star luxury hotel. His four sons have followed his steps, and Tonino, Bianca, Mario and Vanessa and are all strongly involved in the hospitality and tourism business.
